The prices are per person and day, rich breakfast buffet parking space, and the rich programm “Val Gardena Active”. |

Discount for children who are staying in the same room as their parents:
children younger than 2 years can stay for free, children between 2 and 6 years have a 50% discount, children between 6 and 12 years have a 30% discount. |

The prices for the apartments are weekly, bedlinen and towels included, progamm of “Val Gardena Active” and parking space.
Breakfast and the garage are excluded. In the apartments there are no discounts for children. |

Arrival: the rooms are at your disposal from 3.00 p.m. |

Departure: rooms should be left at 09.30 a.m., for making sure that the next guests will get a clean room on time |

Non smoking rooms: Due to the new italian law it is not allowed to smoke in the rooms, breakfast room and foyer.
The only possibility are the balconies from which you can enjoy a wonderful scenery. |

Reservations: are valid only with a hotel deposit to be paid by bank transfer and with our confirmation by fax or email.
In case of cancellation of your reservation you will loose your deposit. We can only accept payment in cash, as we do not have facilities to accept credit cards. Thank you! |
